About me

I’m Tania Fallon, a ceramicist based in Hastings, East Sussex. I studied at Exeter College of Art before going on a 30 year detour producing tv programmes. Recently I rediscovered the joy of making art and set up my own ceramic studio.

Working primarily in porcelain, I hand-build decorative pieces that blend playfulness with craftsmanship.

I am interested in how ceramics carry stories across time and cultures. Inspired by traditional Greek and Chinese ceramics, my work reinterprets ancient forms through a contemporary lens.

References to mythology, ornament, and classical pottery sit alongside unexpected details drawn from modern life, resulting in objects that feel both recognisable and surreal, decorative and mischievous.

I also specialise in personalised cremation urns, celebrating the unique personality of your loved one.
